Bears and Trash

 

Several homeowners have witnessed bear activity in the neighborhood at all hours of the day and night. Bears have been found rummaging through trash and yard waste bins. Please secure your trash and yard waste (including compostable food waste) ideally within your garage. In addition, please wait to put out trash and yard waste until the morning of pick-up. This is also a good idea considering the common windy weather which often tips over bins.
